This channel accepts only standard products. Do not misdeclare or omit any information; any attempts to smuggle prohibited goods will result in confiscation without exception. | ||||||||||||
| Remarks (Applies to all oversized cargo channels) | 1. The quoted rates are for trucks without a tailgate. For deliveries to residential or commercial addresses, the customer must provide their own forklift or unloading platform. If a truck with a tailgate or delivery to a residential address is specified, an additional charge of 75-150USD per shipment applies! An additional charge of 5/KG applies for extremely remote locations. 2. For shipments exceeding 5000KG, please inquire separately. 3. Once the shipment has been loaded into a container, returns are not accepted. If you need to change the delivery address before arrival at the port: RMB4/KG, with a minimum charge of RMB700 per shipment. Address changes are only accepted within the same service area; changes to addresses in different service areas are not permitted. We do not accept hold requests after the container has been picked up and returned to the warehouse; please notify us in advance if a hold is required. If an address change across service areas is absolutely necessary due to uncontrollable emergencies, please consult with our customer service manager. 4. Shipments weighing over 50 kg or with a longest side exceeding 150 cm must be packed in wooden crates or on wooden pallets. Wooden crates and pallets must be placed on a pallet with a height of at least 10 cm; if any single dimension exceeds 200CM, and the actual weight must not exceed 400KG (900 pounds). The recipient must provide their own forklift; our company does not handle unloading. All costs incurred due to the recipient’s failure to cooperate with unloading will be borne by the shipper. Road conditions in residential areas are complex; if roads are too narrow for large vehicles to enter and smaller vehicles must make multiple delivery trips, any resulting additional costs will be reimbursed on an actual cost basis. 5. “Truck-to-Door” delivery refers to delivery to the specified address and does not include carrying goods upstairs, delivery inside the residence, dismantling wooden crates or frames, or opening cardboard boxes (if cardboard boxes need to be opened, please notify the recipient to pay for this service). In areas such as private residential neighborhoods where trucks cannot enter, the recipient must handle the unloading of goods themselves. If costs arise from additional instructions given by the recipient and the recipient refuses to pay, the shipper will be responsible. Our company reserves the right to backcharge these costs to the shipper; this provision is valid for one year. The minimum fee for in-home delivery is USD200 per shipment. Please communicate unloading requirements with the customer in advance! 6. Please ensure the delivery address and contact phone number are correct before shipping. Any detention fees incurred due to the inability to contact the recipient shall be borne by the shipper; our company reserves the right to bill the shipper for such charges, valid for one year. 7. Additional delivery fees will apply for the following locations and will be charged on an actual cost basis: construction and utility sites, government facilities, airports, mines, natural gas and oil fields, docks, terminals, and container freight stations, as well as exhibition venues. | |||||||||||

| 2. Oversized Cargo Packaging Requirements: | ||||||||||||
| 1. All packaging must be made of materials suitable for export; solid wood must be fumigated, and valid fumigation certificates must be provided; | ||||||||||||
| 2. Goods must be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse. Packaging must consist of export-grade materials such as plywood, laminated wood, or three-ply wood, featuring hinges and corner protectors with edge binding. Wooden crates must be fitted with hinges (a handling fee of 35 yuan per piece will be charged for crates without hinges during warehouse inspection). Plywood thickness should ideally exceed 1.2 cm. International freight insurance covers loss but not damage; please ensure fragile items are properly packaged by yourself! | ||||||||||||
| 3. Wooden crates or wooden frames with an actual weight exceeding 50 kg or any dimension exceeding 150 cm must be palletized, with the pallet height being at least 10 cm and the width greater than 6 cm; | ||||||||||||
| 4. All pallets must be open on all four sides to facilitate forklift loading and unloading; the pallet feet should be edged as much as possible; | ||||||||||||
| 5. Wooden crates and frames that are too narrow and must be stored vertically require widening and reinforcement to prevent collapse, which could injure people or damage cargo; | ||||||||||||
| 6. If the width of the wooden crate exceeds 50CM, crossbeams and uprights must be added; the distance between crossbeams must not exceed 40CM; the thickness of the boards must be greater than 1.2 cm, and the thickness of the cover boards must be at least 1.5 cm; | ||||||||||||
| 7. For cargo in wooden crates that cannot be opened, a shipment guarantee letter must be signed before shipment. Please ensure the wooden crates are properly packed and include hinges; | ||||||||||||
| 8. Goods classified by our company as fragile must be accompanied by a fragile goods declaration before shipment. For all oversized international shipments, coverage is provided for loss only, not for damage; | ||||||||||||
| 9. All wooden crates and boxes must be securely fastened; a thickness of at least 1CM is recommended. If the packaging is substandard and the shipment is damaged upon arrival overseas, no compensation will be provided for damage to the outer packaging after acceptance. The shipper must bear the full cost of having a new wooden crate built overseas before delivery can proceed. Oversized shipments are exclusively accepted for delivery to business or residential addresses in wooden crates, wooden frames, or on pallets; | ||||||||||||
| 10. For all oversized cargo channels mentioned above, no compensation will be provided in the event of customs inspections (or force majeure events such as public holidays, terminal shutdowns, or terminal strikes); | ||||||||||||
| 11. For oversized and general cargo shipments to the U.S., we recommend that customers purchase insurance on their own. If our company arranges the insurance on your behalf, the premium is 0.3% of the cargo value, with a minimum of 30 yuan per shipment, and the insured value is 30,000 yuan; | ||||||||||||
| 12. For the safety of your cargo, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance. In the event of missing packages or damage to the outer packaging and the products inside, the consignee must note the missing items and damage on the delivery receipt and report the loss or damage to our company within three calendar days of delivery; otherwise, our company will not process the claim. | ||||||||||||
| 13. Empty-run fee for pickup/delivery addresses: $50 to $200 per trip; Warehouse rental: $60 per calendar day after storage at the distribution center exceeds three days; Redirection/return fees: Actual costs incurred; Value-added services (driver assistance with unloading, pickup, or inventory management): $100–$500; | ||||||||||||
| 14. The prices listed above do not include: For truck delivery to extremely rare private residential addresses or office buildings on commercial streets, a separate minimum fee of $390 per shipment will be added. This occurs very rarely. The fee can be collected after delivery; if it applies, we will provide the corresponding invoice, and if it does not apply, no fee will be charged. There are no additional fees for commercial addresses with loading docks; | ||||||||||||
| Indemnification Terms: In the event of loss of goods or customs detention prior to pickup (e.g., due to intellectual property infringement, in which case our company assumes no liability and reserves the right to seek compensation from the shipper for any resulting losses incurred by our company), compensation will be based on the purchase value, up to a maximum of 20RMB / KG.
