For e-cigarettes, meat products, pharmaceuticals, liquids, cosmetics, all-electric vehicles, counterfeit or infringing goods, anti-dumping cases, and goods subject to FDA, please contact our customer service representatives. This channel accepts only standard products. Do not misdeclare or omit any information; any unauthorized goods will be confiscated without exception.
Standard Carton Sizes	For shipments with fewer than 12KG items, billing is based on 12KG. For items with an actual weight exceeding 24.5KG, a charge of 40 EUR per item applies. For shipments consisting of a single item, an additional fee of 100RMB per shipment applies.
Remote Area Surcharge	Remote Area Surcharge: 4.7RMB * current month’s fuel surcharge * KG; minimum charge per shipment: 236RMB * current month’s fuel surcharge. Please check the remote area classification yourself (if an overseas invoice includes a remote area surcharge, our company will collect the corresponding surcharge; this policy is valid indefinitely).
Separate Customs Clearance	Customs clearance fee: 350 per shipment; minimum per shipment: 100KG. For amounts less than 100KG, the fee is calculated as 100KG. Additional page fee: 50 per page. Shipments destined for the same country may be consolidated for customs clearance. If the shipment contains wooden products, a commodity inspection report must be provided; otherwise, customs clearance cannot be processed.

Weight Specifications	Chargeable Weight: The chargeable weight is determined by comparing the volumetric weight and the actual weight, and taking the greater of the two; Volumetric Weight = Length × Width × Height / 6000CM; The chargeable weight is based on the volume measured at our domestic warehouse, and the entire shipment is rounded up to the nearest whole number for billing purposes; The minimum weight per piece is 12 kg; weights less than 12 kg are charged as 12 kg; The minimum charge per shipment is 21KG; amounts less than 21KG are charged at 21KG. A minimum surcharge of 50 per shipment applies to each piece.
UPS Oversize and Overweight Charges	UPS Oversize and Overweight Fees: 1. Standard packages must weigh less than 24.5 kg (actual weight; packages weighing exactly 24.5 kg are also considered oversize), have a volumetric weight of less than 29KG (packages with a volumetric weight of or more are also considered oversize), and have a longest side of less than 99 cm and a second-longest side of less than 75 cm. If these standard specifications are exceeded, an additional fee of 30 EUR per package will be charged 2. If the actual weight is greater than or equal to 38KG, the volumetric weight is greater than or equal to 29 kg, or the package’s [Length + 2 × (Width + Height)] exceeds 300 cm (including exact matches) but does not exceed 395CM cm, an additional charge of 110 EUR per package will apply. 3.For packages where the actual weight or volumetric weight exceeds 56KG, or where the longest side exceeds 270 cm, or where [Length + 2 × (Width + Height)] exceeds 395 cm, an additional charge of 530 EUR per package will apply. Packages exceeding these dimensions may be refused. If you choose to ship oversized packages, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred due to return or undeliverable shipments. These fees for oversized packages are valid indefinitely. If additional charges are billed from overseas, our company will collect the difference.
TNT Oversize and Overweight Charges Oversized items are generally shipped according to this schedule UK truck shipments are also billed according to this schedule	TNT Oversize and Overweight Fees: Additional €50 handling fee for non-cardboard packaging 1. If the actual weight or volumetric weight is 30 kg or more, a fee of €30 will be charged per shipment 2. If the longest side of the package is 120 cm or more; the second-longest side is 76 cm or more; and the volumetric perimeter (length + 2x width + 2x height) exceeds 262 cm, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged per shipment 3. If the longest side is 155 cm or more, and the volumetric perimeter exceeds 330 cm (calculated as length + 2x width + 2x height), a fee of 70 EUR will be charged per shipment 4. TNT Maximum container dimensions are 300 cm (L) × 200 cm (W) × 175 cm (H). Weight limit: 990KG. Shipments exceeding these limits will be refused. The airline stipulates that the height must not exceed 160CM. When a shipment is determined to be unsuitable for safe and reliable vertical stacking, an additional charge of 240 euros will be applied per shipment. Note: This charge is in addition to any oversize or overweight fees.
TNT Irregular Packaging	TNT Irregular Packaging: A fee of 50 euros per shipment will be charged if the packaging meets any of the following criteria: • Not fully enclosed within an outer shipping container or packaging; • Contained within an outer shipping container or packaging made of materials other than corrugated cardboard. This includes, but is not limited to, materials such as fiberboard (cardboard), metal, wood, canvas, leather, hard plastic, soft plastic, or expanded polystyrene foam (e.g., plastic wrap); • Enclosed within an outer shipping container or packaging covered with shrink wrap or stretch wrap; • Round or cylindrical in shape, including (but not limited to) mailboxes, cans, jars, barrels, tires, drums, or vats; • Bundled with metal, plastic, or cloth straps, or equipped with wheels (such as on bicycles), casters, handles, or straps, including packages where the outer surface is loosely wrapped, or where the contents protrude beyond the surface; • Items that may become entangled with other packages in the express sorting system or cause damage to the sorting system.
DPD Packaging Requirements	Europe DPD Oversize and Overweight Fees: 1. If the longest side is greater than or equal to 120 cm but less than 175 cm, or the second-longest side is greater than or equal to 60 cm, or the unit volume exceeds 0.15 cubic meters (including actual weight, with volumetric weight equal to or greater than 24.5KG), an additional fee of 5 EUR per package will be charged 2. For packages weighing 29 kg or more (actual weight or volumetric weight), with any single side measuring 175CM or more, or where the sum of [Length + 2 × (Width + Height)] exceeds 300 cm but does not exceed 329 cbm, an additional charge of 40 EUR per package applies; 3. Refused: Packages exceeding 40KG, or with any single dimension exceeding 250 cm; or where 2*(height + width) + length exceeds 330 cm. Oversized package fees are valid indefinitely. In the event of refusal or return due to oversized dimensions, our company will collect any additional charges incurred from overseas (if no invoice is available at DPD, our company’s invoice shall prevail).
Special Notes	"Double Clearance and Tax-Inclusive" service refers to providing customs clearance declarations on both sides for goods exported from China and imported into the destination country (with customs clearance fees borne by our company), as well as paying import duties (with duties borne by our company). However, this service does not include obtaining import/export qualifications for the goods, nor does it include providing brand, patent, FDA, or other authorizations and safety certifications; these documents must be provided by the actual shipper or consignee of the goods.Our company assumes no liability for any issues arising from products requiring customs documentation, certifications, or similar requirements, nor are we responsible for the return or destruction of such goods after they leave our warehouse. For any European country, secondary duties, fines, or other charges may arise due to customs spot checks or similar reasons. In such cases, our company assumes no responsibility; please ship at your own discretion!
Packaging Requirements:	Packaging Requirements: (1) For shipments to Amazon, please affix the “FBA” label to the package yourself.For individual packages weighing more than 15 kg, please affix a “Team Lift” label in accordance with Amazon’s regulations at FBA. Each outer carton must have at least two valid FBA label stickers affixed and covered with clear tape (the barcode font must be clear, moisture-resistant, and wear-resistant). The sender will be solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the inability to deliver to an Amazon warehouse due to unreadable FBA labels! (2) For products containing batteries, please note this on the packing list.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to the recipient being unreachable at the time of delivery, an incorrect address, or the recipient’s inability to unload the goods, our company will cooperate in resolving the issue but assumes no liability for compensation. Any additional costs incurred, such as return shipping and redelivery fees, shall be borne by the customer, and our company will invoice the customer based on the actual additional costs incurred overseas.
Risk Notice Regarding Secondary Customs Clearance: Please note that there is a risk of secondary customs clearance in certain EU countries, such as Greece. (If secondary customs clearance occurs, the customer is responsible for paying any resulting secondary duties.) If the consignee fails to pay the secondary duties, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the goods.
Special Note: If the customer agrees to use our company’s services, we will assume that the customer has carefully read the “Channel Compensation” section in this price list and agrees to be bound by its terms.
